Pamela S. Asbury, CPC, CPC-I, PCS

Pam has over 25 years experience in the health care industry specializing in physician practice management and coding education.  She is a graduate of Marshall University and has worked as an office manager, director of coding and reimbursement, coding auditor, consultant and an instructor.  She is accredited by the American Academy of Professional Coders as both a Certified Professional Coder and Instructor.  She also holds a Physician Coding Specialist certification from the American College of Medical Coding Specialists.  She has been the education officer for the local AAPC chapter for two years and is currently the president-elect.  She also holds a position on Palmetto GBA’s Medicare Provider Outreach Education Advisory Group for West Virginia.
