Jeannette Kirts, RHIT, CPC, CPC-I, CANC, CEDC, CMRS is a well established instructor of coding bootcamp classes and CEU presentations, and an adjunct instructor in the medical department of Hallmark College in San Antonio, TX.
As the owner of Owner JK HIM Consulting, Jeannette and her collegues support medical records/coding government contractors. For her instructing portfolio, she specializes in health information technology, presently teaching HITT 2335 Coding & Reimbursement, HITT 2245.2 CCA Exam Review, HITT 2340 Advanced Billing and Reimbursement, and POFM 1391 Special Topics at Hallmark College.
Jeannette had a stint working overseas as coding department manager at Accumed PM, where she developed and taught CEU subjects for the United Arab Emirates government agency of coding (HAAD Health Administration of Abu Dhabi). During her stay, she also trained physicians, support staff, and coders in documentation and coding.
