Lashelle Walker-Bolton, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-I, ROCC has been the revenue cycle manager for mpowermed, a medical practice management company, for the past 10 years. She has over 18 years of experience serving as a clinical and administrative professional, a certified coder, and coding instructor.
Lashelle served as the 2009 President of the Upper Saddle River, NJ Chapter of the AAPC. She is an approved instructor for the CodingCert, often recognized as an expert in her field, and presenting at various billing and coding seminars both locally and nationally.
Lashelle has been an approved instructor for the AAPC since 2006. As such, she has created a friendly yet structured atmosphere for her students. Lashelle has taught and mentored many students during the past few years. Her teaching and testing methods have proven to be effective in the success of her student’s overall results.
